Key Responsibilities
- Lead game production from start to live launch.
- Ensure high standards in quality, timelines, and risk management.
- Create comprehensive roadmaps and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of video game production experience with proven track record in both publishing and development. Must understand every facet of game development including design, programming, art, audio, QA, and release management. Strong leadership, budget management, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with industry trends, player preferences, and dynamic work environments are required.

Work Arrangement
This position is remote with required quarterly travel to either Los Angeles or Los Gatos.
