As a Security Technical Program Manager Vulnerability Management, you will work within the Security and Privacy Technical Program Management team, collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver impactful security and privacy initiatives.

The Team

The Security and Privacy TPM team partners closely with engineering and product teams at Netflix. They drive strategic security goals and deliver scalable initiatives that enhance Netflix’s security posture.

The Opportunity

As a L4 Technical Program Manager for Vulnerability Management, your role is to partner with the lead TPM to execute, mature, and scale the vulnerability management program. You will:

• Collaborate with central engineering, studio teams, and product managers.
• Set objectives and drive multiple roadmaps in a dynamic environment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Balance automation and process improvements across the Netflix ecosystem.

Desired Background

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in technical program management with emphasis on security or vulnerability management. You must be familiar with vulnerability scanning, risk assessment and remediation workflows, and have a proven record of delivering cross-functional programs. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to influence without authority, are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is solely through an annual salary with flexibility on salary versus stock options.
