Role Overview
The Research Scientist 5 Member Understanding Foundations role supports the vision, understanding, and development of Machine Learning algorithms to provide insights into our consumers. This high-impact role is pivotal in uncovering opportunities, influencing product decisions, and guiding future directions.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop machine learning models for member insights.
- Drive your roadmap with rapid iteration and deep development.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Scientists, and Engineers.
- Stay current with research in sequential models and LLMs.
- Present research and insights to technical and non-technical teams.
About You
- Extensive industry experience building scalable ML models with business impact.
- Advanced degree (PhD) in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Adaptable with a balanced approach to research and end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
