Role Overview

The QA Test Lead at Netflix Games Studio will influence the delivery of next-generation video games for a global audience. You will lead comprehensive QA processes across multiple game projects and ensure adherence to Netflix quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full QA process across game projects.
Create and maintain testing schedules and test plans.
Develop strategies and implement tools and frameworks for testing.
Supervise and mentor internal and vendor QA teams.
Triage defects, collaborate with development, and manage live operations testing.
Facilitate communication between production and QA teams.
Maintain cross-functional relationships with test partners.

Requirements

5+ years experience in Live Service & Mobile gaming QA.
3+ years leading test teams and managing QA projects.
Expertise in iOS and Android testing.
Strong test planning and case development skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Passion for games and commitment to quality.

Bonus Skills

PMP, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications.
Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and TCM tools.

Location & Compensation

This is a US Remote position (West Coast preferred). Compensation is based solely on an annual salary determined by market indicators and individual experience.
