Role Overview

The QA Test Lead at Netflix Games Studio will influence the delivery of next-generation video games for a global audience. You will lead comprehensive QA processes across multiple game projects and ensure adherence to Netflix quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full QA process across game projects.
  • Create and maintain testing schedules and test plans.
  • Develop strategies and implement tools and frameworks for testing.
  • Supervise and mentor internal and vendor QA teams.
  • Triage defects, collaborate with development, and manage live operations testing.
  • Facilitate communication between production and QA teams.
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships with test partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Live Service & Mobile gaming QA.
  • 3+ years leading test teams and managing QA projects.
  • Expertise in iOS and Android testing.
  • Strong test planning and case development skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Passion for games and commitment to quality.

Bonus Skills

  • PMP, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications.
  • Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and TCM tools.

Location & Compensation

This is a US Remote position (West Coast preferred). Compensation is based solely on an annual salary determined by market indicators and individual experience.
