As a Publishing Specialist, Off-Platform Prestige, you will shape the off-platform voice and content strategy for our prestigious audience, with a specific focus on the Tudum Instagram account.

The Role

You will be the key connector between Tudum.com, Netflix Awards, and Tudum Magazine. Your mission is to craft a unified narrative that celebrates the artistry, craft, and excellence behind Netflix's acclaimed content while engaging a culturally-savvy audience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily programming and content creation for Tudum Instagram.
  • Bridge content strategies across Tudum.com, Netflix Awards, and Tudum Magazine.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to produce impactful digital content.
  • Coordinate with awards teams during key campaign windows to translate strategy into engaging social content.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics to refine content strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years focused on social media management, editorial, or brand marketing.
  • Proven expertise managing high-profile Instagram accounts.
  • Excellent creative taste, eye for design, and understanding of premium content.
  • Strong storytelling, editorial skills, and collaborative spirit.
  • Experience with on-set work for photo and video shoots involving high-profile talent.

Compensation & Inclusion
