What You Will Do

- Lead deep discovery into how live production media is created, ingested, shared, and consumed across production, broadcast, and downstream teams.
- Define scalable, standardized approaches to live media metadata, asset management, and system integrations.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to design and evolve platforms that support real-time workflows, reliability, and global scale.
- Drive initiatives that introduce automation and intelligent tooling to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across media workflows and regional teams.
- Balance immediate partner needs with long-term platform investments, making thoughtful tradeoffs to maximize durability and impact.
- Translate complex system interactions into clear product direction, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Use data, operational insights, and partner feedback to measure success and guide iteration.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and operate with transparency, autonomy, and accountability.
- Operate with true transparency and autonomy. Our culture is unique and is key to how we innovate.
