A new ad-supported tier provides members more choice and attracts new subscribers at a competitive price. Netflix is expanding into Live events, starting in 2025 with the two most streamed NFL games in US history.

Team Overview

The Ads Platform team builds and integrates world-class advertising systems. They deliver ads thoughtfully to enhance the viewing experience, while also providing great outcomes for advertisers. This dynamic team is tasked with building high-performance ad systems and monetizing Netflix's vast content slate.

About the Role - Product Manager, Live Ad Serving

This role focuses on building the infrastructure required to serve ads during Live events. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying unique ad serving needs for Live events.
  • Designing a holistic yield management approach across channels.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing products from concept to iterative launch.
  • Defining and measuring product success metrics.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption.

What We Are Looking For

A candidate with 6+ years of Product Management experience, expertise in Live advertising (real-time bidding or ad serving), and a track record in yield optimization. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead diverse teams are essential. Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments is a must.
