Overview
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. As the Product Manager Commerce Growth, you will devise strategies to accelerate growth in underperforming markets by designing frictionless off-service journeys and refining acquisition messaging. You will lead innovative off-service acquisition and engagement strategies and optimize remarketing and rejoin messaging, collaborating with marketing, Live, Games, and regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build a strategic off-service and commerce messaging roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams from design to data science.
- Develop, test, and iterate on off-service acquisition flows.
- Identify underperforming markets and optimize messaging.
- Leverage experimentation and A/B testing for improvements.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- 5+ years product management with global commerce or growth experience.
- Experience with acquisition, monetization, lifecycle optimization and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in Google search, SEO, social platform deep linking.
- Strong communication skills and customer focused mindset.
Work Environment
This role is based in Los Gatos or Los Angeles in a hybrid model, with openings for remote West-Coast based candidates. Some travel will be required.
