The Opportunity
This role is designed for a passionate inclusion leader to work alongside HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to embed inclusive practices throughout the employee journey.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and other Talent functions.
- Lead inclusion initiatives in APAC and manage global projects.
- Support comprehensive organizational reviews to ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Advise on mitigating bias in hiring and onboarding practices.
- Collaborate on learning strategies and leadership development programs.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager, Inclusion Strategy Korea will:
- Enable leaders through insights and data-driven reviews.
- Drive inclusive leadership through tailored solutions and coaching.
- Help business teams integrate inclusion as a core strategy to boost innovation.
What You’ll Bring
- Over 5 years of HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or related HR roles.
- Cross-cultural experience in APAC and deep inclusion expertise.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and provide strategic advisory.
- Experience in designing and implementing learning and organizational development strategies.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Advanced analytical and storytelling skills to drive conclusions.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Thorough understanding of the Korean talent and labor market.
