The Title and Launch Management (TLM) Team
The Title and Launch Management (TLM) team is responsible for building and innovating the technology foundations that enable the ingest, setup, launch, and global distribution of all types of entertainment on Netflix—including series, movies, games, ads, live events, trailers, and more. TLM acts as the bridge between the title creation lifecycle and the consumer experience, ensuring that launching titles on Netflix is efficient, flexible, accurate, and scalable.
The Launch Readiness Team's Focus
The Launch Readiness team ensures seamless title launches by monitoring delivery, identifying risks, and implementing remediations. They partner with operations and domain teams to develop tools and workflows, integrating with validation and conformance systems for metadata, media, and assets. As Netflix expands content types and partners, this team will design, deploy, and integrate AI-powered solutions to address diverse launch needs.
What You Will Do
- Partner with product managers, launch operations, designers, engineers, and other leaders to drive your team’s product vision, strategy, and adoption across stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of the team’s roadmap to support business needs.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding thoughtful decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Connect the dots across teams to prioritize work beyond your immediate domain.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and influence decisions among diverse stakeholders.
- Balance business goals with strong engineering practices, investing in foundational work and continuous improvements.
- Hire, coach, and lead a team of Backend and UI Engineers, inspiring exceptional results in stability, performance, and product experience.
- Build an inclusive team culture where everyone feels empowered, accepted, and respected.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years building and managing high-performing, inclusive teams, attracting top talent, fostering accountability, and ensuring all voices inform decisions.
- Experience building generative AI solutions in ambiguous environments, with a proven ability to creatively experiment, develop innovative approaches, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate open communication, empowering team members to give feedback and recognize achievements and growth areas.
- Experience delivering and operating highly reliable, enterprise-grade products and services, including 24x7 on-call support.
- Strategic thinker with a strong product mindset, able to define and communicate product vision and align it with organizational goals.
- Skilled at prioritizing and aligning team efforts with business objectives; have the courage to pivot based on broader impact.
- Excellent collaborator and communicator, able to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence the strategic direction of partners and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver timely results on critical priorities and guide investment decisions in partnership with product and engineering leaders.
- Bring rigor to decision-making, using data, input, and pilot investments to reduce ambiguity and confirm direction.
- Experienced in driving the adoption of KPIs and leading indicators to monitor and improve system health.
- Strong communicator with teams, stakeholders, and leadership, including across global teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Netflix's compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary, allowing you to choose how much compensation is in salary versus stock options. Compensation for this role, based on market indicators and your background, ranges from $436,000.00 to $710,000.00, varying by location. Comprehensive benefits include Health Plans, Mental Health support, 401(k) with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability, Health Savings/Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. Full-time salaried employees receive flexible time off.
