The Executive Assistant, Ads Engineering supports the Vice President for Ads Engineering. The role involves managing a dynamic high-volume calendar, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, and ensuring smooth communication and logistics for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Maintain communication channels like Slack and trackers.
  • Support team offsites and cross-functional events.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience with large cross-functional/regional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and online tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Benefits & Compensation

The compensation structure includes an annual salary (range $60,000 - $240,000) with options to balance salary vs. stock options. Netflix also provides comprehensive benefits including health plans, retirement plans, stock options, and paid leave programs.
