This role is crucial in monitoring payment performance, driving analyses to boost acquisition, retention and revenue, and delivering strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor payments processing performance across various markets and methods.
  • Lead strategic analyses and partner cross-functionally to assess initiatives.
  • Support engagement with digital wallets, banking institutions, and card networks.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop insightful presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop a holistic market view.
  • Optimize analytical models and ensure data quality with engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Solid business intelligence skills using SQL, Tableau, and spreadsheet models.
  • Additional coding skills (VBA, Python, R, Power BI) are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Korean and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field preferred.
  • Experience in payments and a cross-functional mindset.
