Overview
Netflix, a global leader in entertainment with over 300 million paid memberships, seeks an Associate in Finance & Strategy for its Commerce Payments team in APAC. This role is crucial in monitoring payment performance, driving analyses to boost acquisition, retention and revenue, and delivering strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Monitor payments processing performance across various markets and methods.
- Lead strategic analyses and partner cross-functionally to assess initiatives.
- Support engagement with digital wallets, banking institutions, and card networks.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop insightful presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop a holistic market view.
- Optimize analytical models and ensure data quality with engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Solid business intelligence skills using SQL, Tableau, and spreadsheet models.
- Additional coding skills (VBA, Python, R, Power BI) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field preferred.
- Experience in payments and a cross-functional mindset.
