Position Overview
Netflix, one of the world's leading entertainment services, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This role requires a self-motivated, quick-thinking professional who can juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with exceptional organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings across different regions and time zones
- Maintain calendars and book internal/external meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Process travel and expense reports along with digital and physical filing
- Organize and manage logistics for company events and off-sites
- Negotiate vendor rates and track invoices and payments
- Facilitate heavy internal and external communication
- Create presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Google Apps
- Act as a liaison between teams and take on additional projects as needed
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven team-player experience in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in managing team meetings, off-sites, vendors, and invoice tracking
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps
- Passion for the entertainment industry
