About the Opportunity
The Technical Trainer Legal Tech-AI will deliver comprehensive training programs for NetDocuments Global Channel Partners with an emphasis on AI capabilities and legal-specific workflows. Reporting to the Director of Partner Success, the trainer will facilitate multi-day virtual and onsite sessions across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training programs with legal industry contextual examples.
- Design and enhance course materials including AI features and legal workflows.
- Deliver engaging sessions for certification and real-world implementation.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted enablement solutions.
- Create and maintain recertification programs adapting to evolving needs.
- Provide implementation oversight, risk management and partner support.
- Monitor partner performance using tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Collaborate internally to resolve issues and support strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in technical training or enablement roles, strong presentation skills and familiarity with SQL, LMS platforms, and modern training techniques. Experience with enterprise cloud applications and awareness of AI tools in legal tech are essential. A background in legal operations or training legal professionals is a plus.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $85,000 - $100,000, based on various candidate factors.
