About the Role: Ethical Hacking Trainer
This is a part-time, on-site position for an Ethical Hacking Trainer based in Bengaluru. As an Ethical Hacking Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching ethical hacking concepts, delivering engaging training sessions, and preparing comprehensive course materials. You will also conduct hands-on workshops, mentor students, and stay updated on the latest information technology and cybersecurity trends. Your primary goal will be to ensure participants are equipped with practical, industry-relevant skills to thrive in the cybersecurity field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on ethical hacking concepts and techniques.
- Develop and update course materials, labs, and exercises.
- Conduct practical, hands-on workshops to reinforce learning.
- Mentor and guide students, fostering a strong learning environment.
- Stay current with evolving information technology and cybersecurity trends, tools, and practices.
- Ensure participants gain practical, industry-relevant skills for career readiness.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Information Technology, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and ethical hacking.
- Proven experience in Teaching, Training, and Lecturing, with excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse learners.
- Understanding of Software Development practices and their relevance to cybersecurity.
- Strong presentation, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in ethical hacking or cybersecurity (e.g., CEH, OSCP) are a significant advantage.
- Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new industry tools and technologies.
- Previous experience in technical training or educational institutions is preferred.
