About The Role

Netcracker Technology is seeking a Team Lead - BSS Business Analysts to join our Implementation Engineering teams across the LATAM region. As a BSS Domain technological SME, you will lead a team to provide cost effective solutions for business and technical challenges in large, complex Telecommunication projects. You will act as the company’s representative before enterprise customers.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to leadership service provider for challenge articulation.
  • Define and document measurable criteria for solution assessment.
  • Establish best practices in capturing client requirements and telecom products.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Collect and collate business requirements for B2B telecom products.
  • Coach and guide junior Business Analysts through requirements gathering.
  • Facilitate workshops and maintain clear communication with project teams.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for testing and development teams.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the business area and build stakeholder trust.

Required Experience and Education

Minimum 8+ years of technical and business analysis experience in BSS/OSS/CRM solutions for Telecom projects. Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies is required, along with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Portuguese. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a hybrid role with required office presence at least 3 days per week in the LATAM region.
