Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager at NetApp, you will lead vendor operations for the Technical Support team within the Customer Support Organization. You will work closely with our global team to manage first-level technical support operations for customers and partners. This role requires inspiring and motivating both internal and external stakeholders to address business challenges and deliver effective solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing Technical Support teams and/or program management.
- Strong leadership and vision for driving strategic decisions and KPI results.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse technical teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders from staff to directors.
- Familiarity with NetApp or similar storage technology is beneficial.
- Proficient in data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Certifications
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years with a Master’s degree. PMP certification or equivalent credential is highly advantageous.
