As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will lead activities within the Global Professional & Managed Services Strategy & Innovation Team, driving strategic initiatives that accelerate business transformation and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute innovation strategy aligned with global priorities and market trends.
- Incubation & Acceleration: Lead the development and launch of new solutions, programs, and Centers of Excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with technical sales, delivery, product, and partner teams.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee field innovation portfolio from ideation through MVP to commercialization.
- Talent Development: Inspire and coach team members while fostering inclusion and continuous improvement.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Represent NetApp with key customers and drive strategic relationships.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in program management, reporting, and process optimization with a focus on AI, Automation, and Knowledge Management.
Education and Experience
12+ years of experience in technology innovation, strategy, or change management roles; proven track record in leading cross-functional teams; strong business acumen; experience with cloud, data infrastructure, and digital transformation; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology (advanced degree preferred or commensurate experience).
Compensation & Benefits
The target salary range is 130,050 - 193,600 USD with competitive final packages including benefits like Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, PTO, Performance-Based Incentives, and stock options. Benefits are subject to regional variations.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid working environment with some in-office or in-person expectations.
