Job Summary
The Procure to Pay Assistant at NetApp supports the Global I2P Organization with functions including travel & expense (T&E) expense report auditing, corporate credit card administration, help desk query management, and vendor master maintenance.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer service orientation. A team player with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is expected. Experience with auditing employee expense reports or international travel arrangements (booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and payment processing) is desirable.
Job Responsibilities
- T&E Expense Report Audit: Ensure compliance with Global T&E, finance, legal, and procurement policies.
- Card Administration: Process corporate card applications, manage delinquent accounts, follow up with credit card issuers, and reconcile statements.
- Vendor Master Maintenance: Update supplier banking details, payment methods, tax codes, and manage holds.
The role requires effective communication with both internal teams and global vendors, emphasizing transactional precision and teamwork.
Education & Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is typically required.
