Job Summary

The Head of Industry Cloud Enablement will develop, launch, and manage go-to-market strategies tailored to key industry verticals. Reporting to the VP of Multi-Cloud GTM, this role aligns NetApp’s hero workloads with industry-specific challenges, use cases, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own industry-specific sales plays and enablement strategies.
  • Map hero workloads to vertical customer challenges and use cases.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CloudOps and GTM teams.
  • Create Golden Pitch decks, TCO frameworks and customer stories.
  • Launch vertical demand generation programs and manage outbound cadences.
  • Track performance by vertical with dashboards and analytics.
  • Act as the primary GTM lead for industry partnerships with cloud providers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on positioning NetApp’s value to industry segments.

Requirements and Education

Minimum 10 years in B2B enterprise technology with expertise in GTM, sales enablement, and industry solution strategy. A Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Proven success in driving industry-specific sales motions and a strong understanding of hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of NetApp's strategic verticals such as Financial Services, Public Sector, or Healthcare. Familiarity with creating go-to-market playbooks in a cloud or hybrid cloud environment, and previous experience with large enterprise sales or field marketing organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

The target salary range is 158,950 - 236,500 USD. Compensation is based on location, qualifications, and experience. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, retirement, PTO, performance incentives, and more.
