Job Summary
The Head of Cloud Ops & Cyber Resilience Enablement will lead industry GTM initiatives within the Multi-Cloud Enablement & GTM organization, reporting directly to the VP of Multi-Cloud GTM. This role is central in aligning NetApp’s hero workloads—Block, VMware, Databases, Ransomware Protection, and AI—with industry-specific challenges across various sectors.
Job Requirements
- Design and execute enablement strategies for CloudOps and Data Protection
- Develop hyperscaler-independent content including sales plays, pitch decks, and demo narratives
- Lead global field training initiatives for sales teams and partners
- Collaborate with hyperscaler leaders and internal product teams
- Drive development of packaged offers, on-demand labs and customer assets
- Track KPIs related to asset usage, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution
- Represent NetApp GTM in cross-functional forums and partner-led models
Education & Qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise GTM, sales enablement, product marketing or technical field enablement
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; MBA preferred
- Proven success in enablement programs in cloud-native, infrastructure, or DevOps domains
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, DR/backup and data protection technologies
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS-based platform services or managed open source offerings
- Familiarity with enterprise cloud journeys and workload migrations
- Experience with technical sales teams or global partner programs
Compensation & Benefits
The target salary range is 158,950 - 236,500 USD, with final compensation packages being competitive and including comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off and performance-based incentives.
