Job Summary

Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team as a Customer Success Engineer - GCP at NetApp. In this role, you will guide strategic cloud customers through every phase of their cloud storage and data services adoption journey to achieve their desired business outcomes.

As a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner, you will collaborate closely with customers and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver exceptional value, drive cloud adoption, and foster strong customer relationships.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and nurture impactful relationships with customers and key teams.
  • Translate customer business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Drive accelerated consumption and operational health for customer organizations.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for cloud adoption and consumption.
  • Collaborate with account teams using a Pod operating model for customer success planning.
  • Act as a technology advisor, evangelizing new features and support roadmaps.
  • Identify adoption blockers and coordinate professional support services.

Education and Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles is required. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired. Experience with Cluster Data ONTAP and Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) is required, and familiarity with hyperscalers, particularly GCP, is highly desired. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The target salary range for this position is between 163,200 and 211,200 USD. Compensation is determined based on location, qualifications, experience, and education, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and employee stock plans.
