Job Summary
Join the dynamic team as a Customer Success Engineer Azure. You will guide strategic cloud customers through their cloud storage and data services adoption journey, ensuring business outcomes are achieved. As a trusted technical advisor, you will collaborate with customers, NetApp, and Azure to deliver exceptional value in cloud solutions.
Essential Functions
- Build strong, impactful relationships with customers and partners.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and success plans.
- Drive accelerated cloud consumption and optimize storage solutions.
- Provide guidance on cloud adoption best practices and monitor customer health.
- Collaborate within a Pod model with account teams and ecosystem partners.
- Identify adoption blockers and leverage professional services and learning offerings.
Education and Experience
A minimum of 8 years in customer-facing roles such as CSE, CSA, solutions consultant, or network administrator. Bachelor of Science or relevant experience required. Must have experience with Cluster Data ONTAP, Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) and Azure NetApp Files (ANF). Familiarity with Azure hyperscalers, excellent communication, executive presence, and project management skills are necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
The target salary range is $202,300 - $261,800 USD with competitive packages including Health, Life, Retirement/Pension, PTO, employee stock purchase plan, and RSU's. Detailed regional benefits information will be provided during recruitment.
