Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented AI Product Manager to lead the AI transformation of our B2B Product Marketing organization. This is a senior individual contributor role for a "builder" who will fundamentally change how our marketing organization operates by integrating artificial intelligence into our workflows, tools, and strategies.
This role is at the intersection of product management, technology, and marketing. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact AI opportunities within our marketing organization and building the solutions that will empower the team to focus on strategic initiatives. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI product strategy for the marketing organization, aligning with our long-term vision and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap that balances internal user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Partner with senior marketing leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact, transformative AI use cases, from message testing and content generation to competitive intelligence.
- Act as the organization's thought leader on AI in marketing, staying ahead of industry trends and translating them into actionable opportunities.
Product Development & Execution
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI-powered products, custom agents, and automated workflows from concept to launch.
- Translate complex business and marketing needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle in an agile environment, from discovery and validation to launch, analysis, and iteration, with a focus on measurable impact.
Technology & Tooling
- Own the product marketing organization's AI technology stack, including platform strategy, needs assessment, budget management, and vendor relationships.
- Architect and guide the implementation of scalable AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive tasks and create significant efficiency gains.
- Continuously research and evaluate new AI tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, open-source models) to ensure our team remains at the cutting edge.
Leadership & Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI to senior leadership within marketing and across the company.
- Drive the adoption of AI solutions by embedding them into daily workflows and decision-making processes, championing an AI-first culture.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and communicate the business impact of AI initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
Job Requirements
Minimum Basic Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, delivering technology-driven products from inception to launch.
- Proven experience shipping complex AI/ML-enabled products, custom agents, or automated workflow solutions at scale.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and tools.
- Experience authoring strategy documents and presenting to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Senior level role at a major tech company, preferably in a B2B context.
- Deep understanding of the B2B product marketing landscape and associated technology stacks (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).
- Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python), SQL for data analysis, and API integrations.
- Experience managing technology budgets, negotiating with vendors, and building a business case for investment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
Compensation
The target salary range for this position is $195,000-237,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
