Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our high-performance Global Campaigns team at NetApp, Inc. Focused on executing multi-touch marketing and pipeline generation programs, this role drives our Instaclustr go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing programs from concept to completion.
  • Manage multi-touch global programs including email, webinars, virtual events, digital advertising, and more.
  • Own lead generation goals and report on performance and revenue impact.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales for installed-base marketing and cross-sell opportunities.
  • A/B test and optimize campaign messaging, creative, and content.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee timely deployment of initiatives by managing stakeholders, calendars, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing campaign and demand generation experience.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and finance.
  • Success in executing fully integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline generation.
  • Experience managing both large scale and targeted ABM programs.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, and Demandbase.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

The target annual salary range is between 109,650 and 162,800 USD. Compensation is determined based on location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final packages include a comprehensive benefits package such as health, life, retirement, paid time off, performance incentives, and more, subject to regional variations and guidelines.
