About the Associate Mortgage Processor Role

nesto is looking for an Associate Mortgage Processor to support our clients in completing mortgage applications and packaging them for underwriting. You will be working directly with nesto clients in guiding them throughout the mortgage process and helping them satisfy financing conditions. On a daily basis, you will also be interacting with our Advisors and Underwriters.

In this high impact role you will leverage your communications skills as well as your analytical skills. You’ll be accountable to successfully secure mortgage approvals for a pipeline of clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work directly with your pipeline of clients to secure mortgage financing for them.
• Maintain constant communication with clients and guide them through the mortgage financing steps.
• Collect and review documents in order to satisfy financing conditions.
• Prioritize your workload in a high-pace environment.

Who Are You

• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized, detailed oriented and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding and caring client experience.
• Past mortgage experience or relevant financial experience, including but not limited to:
  • Mortgage Broker
  • Mortgage Assistant
  • Bank Mortgage Specialist
  • Mortgage Underwriter
• Technology-savvy. You’ll be working on nesto’s proprietary tools and processes.
• Bilingual French /English.
