Sr Analyst Python Developer

Position Summary

This role as a Sr Analyst Python Developer is located at Nestlé Business Services (NBS) in Ribeirão Preto and falls within the Order to Cash (O2C) stream. This position reports to the O2C Manager. The working hours are 08:00-18:00. The work arrangement is hybrid in Ribeirão Preto - SP or fully remote (teletrabalho).

A Day in the Life of a Sr Analyst Python Developer

• Develop and maintain RPA projects using Python, VBA, Power Automate, Knime, and other relevant technologies.
• Perform continuous maintenance and support for already implemented projects.
• Analyze identified automation opportunities in operations, assessing viability and determining the best technology for execution.
• Act as a point of contact with the global IT team, requesting new VDIs (virtual machines) for automation execution.
• Manage the O2C team's project pipeline, monitoring deadlines and development status.
• Ensure visibility of project progress for leadership, facilitating communication and monitoring.
• Conduct operational meetings and organize team demands.
• Participate in the analysis and implementation of new operational opportunities.
• Ensure that training and support materials are updated and available to the team.
• Work in strong synergy with management to ensure project execution and alignment with stakeholders.

• Higher education in Technology areas – mandatory.
• Solid experience in developing and maintaining RPA projects.
• Proficiency in Python and other languages applicable to automation – mandatory.
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Power Automate and Knime.
• Ability to evaluate operational processes and determine automation viability.
• Experience in liaising with IT teams, especially for resource management like VDIs.
• Capacity to monitor and manage the O2C project pipeline, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Knowledge of system integration (SAP, ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Experience with program management, process design, and documentation.
• Intermediate English and/or Intermediate Spanish – desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Critical analysis and problem-solving capability.
• Organization, proactivity, and results-oriented vision.
• Knowledge of NCE/PI (desirable).
• Ability to manage people and participate in management meetings.
• Mindset of simplification, standardization, and building connections.
