Nestlé is currently seeking a Source to Pay Analyst (Portuguese Speaker) at our Nestlé Business Services Office in Tema, Ghana, to support our Portuguese-speaking markets. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of Procurement operations, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement of our Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, including Supplier Management, Purchase Requisition (PR) Management, Purchase Order (PO) Management, and Query & Issue Resolution.

Your Responsibilities

• Follow up with suppliers on delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment of goods and services, escalating delays or discrepancies as needed.
• Manage order tracking by monitoring open POs, delivery confirmations, and expected delivery timelines for Portuguese-speaking markets.
• Handle market and supplier queries in Portuguese and English, providing timely and professional resolutions to issues related to PRs, POs, invoices, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth end-to-end P2P process execution.
• Identify recurring issues that impact delivery or P2P cycle efficiency and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and documentation standards across all P2P activities.
• Support reporting and tracking of key P2P performance metrics (e.g., delivery performance, PO cycle time, supplier response rates).

What Will Make You Successful?

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Native or Fluency in Portuguese is a must.
• Strong understanding of E2E P2P processes, including PR/PO cycle, invoice processing, and payment workflows.
• Proficiency in SAP and related procurement tools/workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to work across markets and cultures.
• Understanding of compliance, audit, and financial controls principles.
