What to Expect

The Manager, Marketing Intelligence Strategy develops the insights and analytics strategy for the Division, using data to enhance consumer and shopper engagement. The role builds strategic thinking and data capability within the marketing and category teams.

  • Lead consumer, shopper, and marketplace strategy through data insights.
  • Integrate diverse datasets for advanced analytics and storytelling.
  • Build tools for business intelligence across Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop data-informed brand and category strategies.
  • Coach team members in insights and advanced data analysis.

A Day in the Life

Design short and long-term strategic plans, identify business questions, and use advanced data analysis to tell compelling stories. Collaborate and coach marketers, contribute to annual business plans, benchmark performance, drive innovation, and introduce digital technologies, ensuring business growth is guided by robust insights.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in Insights/Analytics in a CPG environment.
  • Extensive Big Data experience including POS, Loyalty, and Nielsen Data.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven skill in developing efficient analytical tools and solutions.
