What to Expect in the Business Intelligence Analyst Role

This role in the Mississauga office focuses on collaborating with business partners to assess current processes and enhance automation, accuracy, integration, and efficiency using Microsoft tools.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to document and improve workflows.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Design and implement solutions to enhance data accuracy and integration.
  • Test and refine digital solutions ensuring reliability and adoption.
  • Provide basic training and documentation to support new tool adoption.

Role Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Microsoft Office applications. Practical experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and SQL is essential. Excellent communication and analytical skills are also important.

Preferred Skills

Experience in SharePoint configuration, workflow automation, and a basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling. Strong analytical abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with MS Office VBA are a plus.
