Position Overview

In this role as a Maintenance Technician, you will support a 500,000-square-foot factory in Hartwell, Georgia, performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, executing planned and predictive maintenance, and using SAP to log and manage work details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow plant safety and work rules.
  • Execute planned maintenance activities to prevent failures.
  • Create and improve parts kits in collaboration with the Planner using SAP.
  • Perform root cause analysis to reduce unplanned stoppages.
  • Provide on-shift electrical and mechanical troubleshooting support.
  • Log maintenance data in SAP including work time and parts issuing.

Compensation & Benefits

This role is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus and offers performance-based incentives along with a competitive total rewards package including 401k with company match and healthcare coverage.
