Position Summary: Maintenance Supervisor

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee, coach, and develop maintenance team members across various departments. Your responsibilities include planning and executing daily work activities for all assigned personnel, utilizing available equipment and materials to meet quality and safety standards, and maintaining efficient operations within established guidelines for cost, quality, labor, material, safety, and housekeeping. You will also be responsible for assigning jobs, instructing on work performance, and scheduling special projects and emergency repairs for departments requiring maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members to build technical competencies in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and career growth.
  • Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment.
  • Ensure team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion.
  • Support factory continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral based safety observations.
  • Ensure safety, corrective and preventative maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in budget preparation and reports, maintaining a low cost and high-efficiency operation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 3+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or military environment.
  • 1+ years’ people leadership experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $123,000 per year. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
