Project Manager – Energy Solutions

NESS, a leading energy services company specializing in energy efficiency, engineering, and installations, is seeking to hire a Project Manager for its Solutions division in Madrid. This role is ideal for individuals with potential who are looking to grow into comprehensive project management.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a technically skilled individual eager to develop expertise in energy installation projects (electrical and thermal). You will be involved in all project phases, from study and design to execution and commissioning.

• Support in the technical definition of energy installation projects, including:
• Photovoltaic self-consumption
• Electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EVCI)
• Air conditioning, aerothermal, and other thermal installations
• Develop technical-economic feasibility studies.
• Prepare technical proposals and support the studies department.
• Develop basic and detailed engineering designs.
• Process and legalize installations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor projects during the execution phase (deadlines, costs, and quality).
• Serve as technical liaison with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy installation projects.
• Knowledge in:
• Electrical installations (REBT, photovoltaic, EVCI)
• RITE and CTE regulations for aerothermal systems
• Thermal installations (air conditioning, aerothermal, DHW)
• Proficiency in technical tools (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
• Organized profile with management capabilities and client orientation.
• Ability to progressively assume greater responsibility in project management.

Valued Qualifications

• Experience in construction site environments or installation execution.
• Knowledge in installation legalization and processing.
• Experience in energy efficiency projects.
