About the Role

NerdWallet is seeking a driven Growth Insights and Analytics Manager to support our Lending and Credit Businesses, including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Banking, and more. In this role, you will drive business growth through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and analytics that empower our Business Development team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support and insights for strategic decisions.
  • Develop growth strategies and communicate value propositions.
  • Conduct opportunity sizing, business case development, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute efficiency initiatives.
  • Implement measurement frameworks and reporting standards.

Who You Are

You are analytical, strategic, data-driven and a strong communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset. You excel at transforming data into actionable strategies and are comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

Your Experience

  • 7+ years in analytics, growth marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Expert SQL skills and proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Proven track record of using analytics to drive business growth.
  • Experience in digital affiliates, online consumer acquisition, or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
