Talent Recruiter & Interviewer at Nerd On Call Services

This role combines recruiting, interviewing, and candidate guidance. You will speak directly with applicants, evaluate professionalism and readiness, and move qualified candidates forward in our hiring process.

Compensation Details

Recruiters are paid for active recruiting and interview time as well as successful placements.

  • $8/hr base pay for scheduled interview and recruiting hours
  • 10% commission on successful candidate placements
  • Average calls last 10–20 minutes
  • Consistent interview volume available
  • Typical earnings range $15–$35/hr+ equivalent depending on performance and placements
  • Opportunities for increased responsibility and higher earnings based on consistency and results

This structure allows reliable and motivated recruiters to increase earnings through performance while maintaining flexible scheduling.
