The Role: Administration Officer - Whole Family Team
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our Whole Family Team at our Station Street Office in Penrith. This permanent part-time position is responsible for providing excellent frontline reception and administration support for a multidisciplinary team within Community Mental Health Services.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of effectively managing their time and workload, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a committed team player, ensuring confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times. What You Will Bring To The Role
- Demonstrated clerical experience with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated sound organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated sound written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated experience using Windows-based software including databases and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and privacy, with a commitment to maintaining these principles.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to workplace change.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
