We are currently seeking a Technical Talent Specialist, Digital Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical selection process within the Digital area, including specialized validation and filtering of profiles.
- Evaluate candidate suitability for technical and contextual project needs.
- Maintain fluid communication with internal and external clients to align expectations and provide clear, timely feedback.
- Accompany and follow up on talent assigned to Digital area teams to ensure their integration and continuity.
- Participate in internal initiatives that strengthen technical excellence and continuous improvement within the area.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Previous experience in technical roles within the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge in one or more programming languages (backend or frontend).
- Experience or practical understanding of microservices-based architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, pipelines, and associated tools.
- Experience or knowledge in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Understanding of modern development practices: TDD, BDD, DDD, API First.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous processes, with organization and adaptability.
- Outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in technical validation or hybrid roles between talent and technology.
- Knowledge of automation tools for screening or technical evaluation.
- Certifications related to cloud, development, or agile methodologies.
- Experience in multicultural environments or global projects.
- Intermediate or advanced English level.
