What You Will Do
- Architect and build autonomous AI agents with advanced reasoning capabilities.
- Design multi-agent orchestration systems, including planner, supervisor, and executor components.
- Implement Spec-Driven Development (SDD) systems to convert requirements into executable workflows and code.
- Define and manage artifacts such as RequirementsPack, ArchitecturePack, and execution manifests.
- Design robust memory systems utilizing vector databases, knowledge graphs, or hybrid RAG approaches.
- Optimize systems for scalability, latency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Integrate agents with enterprise platforms and APIs seamlessly.
- Drive best practices in prompt engineering and context engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide the technical direction of AI initiatives.
Who You Are
- Possess 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Have 3+ years of experience with Generative AI / LLM systems.
- Demonstrate strong programming skills, preferably in Python or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems and backend architecture is essential.
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with AWS being preferred.
- Showcase proven experience in designing scalable systems.
