Position Summary

The Global Alliance Director – Microsoft Partnership role is designed for an experienced, strategic leader focused on advancing the joint go-to-market initiatives between Neo4j and Microsoft. This role entails aligning product roadmaps, coordinating global sales efforts, and driving joint revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Leadership: Serve as the global contact for Microsoft, develop a joint strategic plan, and lead executive alignment meetings.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Drive pipeline and revenue through joint sales engagements, and launch integrated solutions like Microsoft Fabric.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and partner engineering teams as well as Microsoft partner marketing.
  • Product and Technical Alignment: Coordinate with product teams for technical integration and co-development of offerings like Graph + GenAI.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage partner governance, documentation, and CRM tracking, while advocating for Microsoft-related initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 7+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software, ideally in data, analytics, or AI ecosystems. A strong understanding of Microsoft go-to-market and partner strategies, demonstrated success in managing global alliances, and excellent communication and executive relationship skills are essential. Experience with major cloud providers is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers an annual on-target earnings range of $230,000—$290,000 USD, with additional eligibility for stock options, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
