About the Role - Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you will be a key engine of Neo’s growth by selling our marketing and loyalty platform to a diverse portfolio of partners. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and leverage modern technologies including Generative AI to drive efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing
- Become an expert on Neo’s business solutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM and Generative AI tools to automate prospecting.
- Ensure smooth hand-offs to downstream teams.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in outbound B2B sales and account management.
- Curiosity for new technologies and generative AI tools.
- Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence decision making with novel concepts.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
- Fluency in French or a second language.
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
