About The Role
As the Principal Product Manager - AI/LLM, you will lead the product vision for building the world’s #1 consumer interface for health. You will design and ship AI products end to end including LLM chat interfaces, medical reasoning and diagnostic features, member summaries, doctor pre-briefs, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive how AI and LLM power Neko’s products.
- Build LLM chat, medical reasoning, and diagnostic features ensuring safety and clinical trust.
- Create human centered summaries and pre-briefs for members and doctors.
- Lead workflow automation to reduce clinical workload and improve care quality.
- Transform complex medical and sensor data into intuitive product experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, medical, and data science teams.
- Prioritize opportunities based on impact for members and clinicians.
- Use insights to guide product decisions and ensure safe deployment of AI features.
- Set and maintain a high quality bar for intelligence across products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with focus on AI, ML, or LLM.
- Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences.
- Experience thriving in high ambiguity and high impact environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for transforming healthcare from reactive to proactive.
