In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role Purpose
As Employer Brand and Talent Marketing Lead, you will directly impact Neko’s ability to attract exceptional talent by building a premium, purpose-led talent brand.
You will define and execute the employer brand strategy, translating our mission, culture (Our Vitals), and consumer brand into compelling narratives and experiences that convert awareness into high-quality applications and hires.
This role sits at the intersection of Talent, Marketing, Creative, and Communications—owning top-of-funnel performance while ensuring brand consistency, credibility, and measurable impact across markets.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months
- Establish a clear Employer Value Proposition and talent brand narrative across Medical, Tech/AI, and Business talent segments, driving measurable improvements in application quality and conversion rates.
- Launch and operationalise a full-funnel talent attraction model with defined performance metrics, improving apply-to-screen and screen-to-onsite conversion rates in priority roles.
- Build and scale a high-quality content and campaign engine across paid and organic channels, increasing brand-attributed applications and reducing time-to-hire.
- Implement a structured employee ambassador and referral activation programme, delivering measurable uplift in reach, engagement, and referrals.
- Introduce robust source-to-hire analytics and brand health tracking, enabling continuous optimisation of messaging, channels, and investment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in consumer marketing within high-growth or premium brand environments, with clear evidence of driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong expertise across paid and organic channels including social, search, programmatic, events, and community-driven engagement.
- Hands-on experience with analytics, experimentation, and performance optimisation across marketing funnels.
- Exceptional storytelling ability, with a track record of translating complex topics into clear, engaging, and high-quality narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and managing projects end-to-end.
- Fluency with CRM and/or ATS platforms and familiarity with AI-enabled tools for marketing, automation, or analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Background working in healthcare, technology, or other complex, regulated environments.
- Experience driving change management and landing adoption across teams.
- Experience working across multiple markets or scaling brand efforts internationally.
