As the Employer Brand and Talent Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in scaling Neko Health's new model of proactive healthcare. This role is critical in ensuring Neko Health is recognized as a premium employer, effectively communicating our purpose-led story to attract and convert exceptional talent.
Role Overview
This position takes ownership of the employer brand strategy and execution, directly contributing to top-of-funnel talent attraction and hiring goals. You will leverage Neko Health's mission, culture (the ‘Neko Vitals’), and consumer brand to craft a compelling narrative and creative content. This will involve close collaboration with internal Marketing, Creative, and Communications teams to build a premium talent brand, generate high-quality content, and drive strong applications.
Talent Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Define and maintain Neko Health’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Talent Brand narrative, focusing on building a premium talent brand and driving high-quality applications.
- Be bold while ensuring absolute alignment with our consumer brand and company culture.
- Define target audiences for Medical, Tech/AI, and Business talent, developing clear value propositions for each market.
- Operationalize a funnel attraction model across various channels, setting clear conversion targets for each stage.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, demonstrating strong stakeholder and project management skills.
Recruitment Marketing and Content
- Build modular, on-brand content and asset systems that can scale globally and localize easily.
- Ensure alignment with the consumer brand through close partnership with Marketing, Creative & Communications teams.
- Manage paid and organic campaigns across professional channels, job boards, search, programmatic job ads, niche boards, events, and community groups, continuously testing to improve application quality.
- Partner with Marketing, Creative & Communications to ensure company-level activations (e.g., new market entry) include talent as a key target audience, and that talent engagement is integrated into company-wide channels like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Channel And Experience Foundations
- Partner with Marketing & Creative on career site UX, SEO, and conversion improvements, ensuring landing pages effectively convey the mission, role clarity, and outcomes.
- Establish employee ambassador activation programs (toolkits, prompts, brand assets) and integrate them with talent referral programs to amplify authentic voices.
Insights, Measurement and Forecasting
- Establish source-to-hire metrics, including awareness & engagement, consideration/favorability, application quality, and conversion rates.
- Run regular brand health checks, such as Glassdoor sentiment analysis and aided/unaided awareness for target talent.
- Utilize post-hire data to refine personas and messaging, creating a continuous improvement loop for engagement and sentiment among target talent.
Ways of Working and Governance
- Embed Neko Health’s Mission and Culture into all assets and storytelling, ensuring consistency with Company Vitals (values) and compliance with clinical/regulatory constraints.
- Partner effectively with Marketing, Communications & Creative using a RACI matrix to ensure fast progress with close collaboration and alignment.
- Lead agency selection for talent-specific services and manage the performance of Talent Acquisition campaign partners.
- Contribute to company-level Brand agency selection and oversee any talent-specific creative or campaigns delivered via company-level Brand or Creative partners.

You'll Thrive Here If You Have
- Proven multi-market consumer marketing experience in a high-growth/premium brand environment, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
- While previous Employer Brand/Recruitment Marketing experience is not mandatory, a strong passion for talent and building is essential.
- Expertise across organic and paid social, search, programmatic, events, communities, and website optimization; hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical/AI work into human, premium experiences that resonate with top talent.
- Experience partnering with multiple functions/stakeholders and strong project management skills.
- Proven experience in change management to drive adoption.
- Fluency with CRM and/or ATS, and AI-enabled tooling (automation, content operations, analytics).
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Build talent brand plans with funnel targets by segment and market; set hypotheses and experiments; share learnings and refine plans.
- Lead the talent brand and attraction content calendar and coordinate creative production (employee stories, behind-the-scan features, leader POVs); ensure absolute alignment with the consumer brand and compliance.
- Orchestrate campaigns for critical roles (e.g., GPs, Operators, AI/ML), aligning with recruiting sprints and virtual hiring events.
- Maintain LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor, and owned professional talent channels (e.g., PracticeMatch, BMJ, RCGP); coordinate timing with live roles to maximize conversion.
- Deploy ambassador/employee-generated content kits and internal communications nudges linked to talent referral pushes.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance readouts to key stakeholders; fine-tune spend and creative to improve ROI.
