We’re hiring an Associate Business Consultant to join our expert Consultancy team, supporting local government clients with NEC’s Environment & Planning software. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals to get hands-on experience in consultancy, training, and system configuration.

What You’ll Do

• Support software configuration and training for clients
• Help design course materials and e-learning content
• Deliver remote and in-person consultancy
• Develop new service offerings and improve customer experience

• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Confidence working with clients and learning on the go
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Qualifications & Personal Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, initiative to offer new ideas, strong organisational and planning skills, professional presentation, personal commitment to continuous learning, ability to work under pressure, and a self-motivated ‘can do’ attitude are required.
