The Team
As a part of the customer experience team at Nebius AI Cloud, you'll tackle customer challenges, resolve real-world AI and ML issues at massive GPU cloud scale, and impact client business success. You will work with advanced GPUs like H200, B200, and GB200 and modern ML frameworks.
The Role: Support Engineer L2
This role handles complex issues escalated from L1 support and Technical Account Managers. It requires advanced expertise in Linux, networking, Kubernetes and scripting to ensure high-level troubleshooting and service reliability.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve escalated issues using Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and data storage skills.
- Technical Expertise and Leadership: Utilize advanced Linux skills, networking knowledge, manage Kubernetes deployments, and automate with Python and Bash.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional updates and manage escalations effectively.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Create and update technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred with 7+ years of technical support experience. Candidates should have advanced expertise in Linux, networking, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, and data storage concepts, with experience managing a support team of 5+ engineers.
Work Arrangement
The role is available in the Amsterdam office or remotely from any EU country. Note that this is a shift work position.
