Role Overview

The HR Operations Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in our Human Resources department. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, maintains employee data integrity, and supports the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including invoice processing and travel support via our internal travel system, Navan.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration & Employee Support: Maintain accurate employee records, process employment changes, and support onboarding/offboarding.
  • Data & Systems Management: Update HR systems, generate reports, audit data, and support system improvements.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Complete i-9 and e-verify, ensure complete employee files, and update HR policies.
  • General HR Operations: Coordinate logistics for events, assist with payroll/benefits, and support cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Vendor Management: Track HR budget, manage vendor invoicing, and maintain contract records.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or operations role.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Jira, Confluence, Justworks) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
