The Role
Nebius is seeking a Director, Partner Operations to build and scale the operational backbone of our global partner business. In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape channel strategy, streamline partner sales processes, and lead a global team dedicated to driving growth via our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Streamline partner sales processes from recruitment to deal execution and drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Analytics: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and derive insights from data for strategy.
- Strategy & Planning: Lead planning including territory design, quota setting, and compensation alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Legal, Pricing, Marketing, and Systems teams to optimize partner operations.
- Innovation & Growth: Drive cross-functional initiatives, explore new market routes, and introduce best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years in partner operations, sales operations, partner management or programs in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with multi-tier partner ecosystems including GSIs, ISVs, MSPs and more.
- Proven success scaling partner programs in fast-growth SaaS or enterprise tech companies.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in CRM and SQL.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive levels.
- Proficiency with partner operations tools and PRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation
Competitive salary with OTE ranging from $225k - $275k based on experience.
