Team and Role

As a Staff Software Engineer (Salesforce/Sales Cloud) within the global Operations & Technology organization, you will lead the design and delivery of complex cloud-based Salesforce solutions on our Data & Analytics team. You will work closely with Architects, Product Management, and Technical Teams to deliver secure, high-performing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and test Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud.
  • Develop dynamic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using internal frameworks like Lightning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ~10 CRM engineers across onsite and offshore teams.
  • Engage with architects and product management to ensure clear design alignment.
  • Communicate status, risks and mitigation strategies for on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience with end-to-end Salesforce platform implementations, particularly Sales Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex/VF, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript and related technologies.
  • Experience with integration technologies, API, SOQL, test-driven development, and CI/CD tools.
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer II are a plus.

Desired Skills and Additional Experience

  • Experience with AWS, Data Engineering, Data Modeling and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Relevant experience in Advertising Sales, Media, and Entertainment industries.

Benefits and Additional Information

This is a fully remote position, eligible for company-sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement and more. Salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 (bonus eligible). In-person interviews may be required at NBCUniversal locations.
