Job Overview

The Sr. Manager, Operations is a strategic, cross-functional leader reporting to the Director of Engineering, ERP Platform & Integration. This role spans BASIS, Integration, and Cloud/Platform verticals, ensuring operational excellence, system reliability, and cross-domain alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage teams, and optimize resource use.
  • Program & Process Management: Develop new operational processes, ensure day 1 readiness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure system patching, regulatory compliance, and maintain operational documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams, vendors, and support executive reporting.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise IT operations with a focus on SAP/ERP setups. Must have strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with compliance frameworks like SOX and GDPR is essential. Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and visualization tools is required.

Work Arrangement & Benefits

This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence three days per week. The role includes company-sponsored benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and various discounts.
