Job Overview

The Sr. Manager, Operations is a strategic, cross-functional leader reporting to the Director of Engineering, ERP Platform & Integration. This role spans the BASIS, Integration, and Cloud/Platform verticals, driving operational excellence and system reliability in a complex technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage contractors and service providers, optimize resource needs, and develop environment management standards including release controls and patch applications.
  • Program & Process Management: Establish new workflows, implement scalable processes, partner with TPMs and PMO, and support Day 1 readiness and post-launch stabilization efforts.
  • Governance & Compliance: Collaborate for SOX, GDPR compliance, manage operational documentation, and report on KPIs and modernization opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison among Platform, BASIS, and Integration teams, manage vendor SLAs, and support executive reporting.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in enterprise IT operations, preferably in SAP or ERP environments.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to foster cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience navigating transformation and complex technical programs.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR) and operational governance.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and visualization tools.

Additional Requirements & Benefits
